This year was our turn to head to Chicago for Thanksgiving break. I was excited to spend time with my family & friends, and Mike and I were also signed up for the annual 5K held in my hometown. Even though my mom wasn't too happy about me running it, I was very excited to have that special time with Mike, and successfully run the turkey trot 4 months pregnant. My goal was to break 30 minutes, and I did:)
